  1. Search the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to find funds from failed banks.
  2. Dividends for uninsured portions of a deposit.  Dividend check that were returned because of a bad address can be claimed post termination.
  3. Complete the FDIC Claimant Verification form. Inclued reference number.  Have the form natarized and mail it to:

           FDIC
